I am a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. I work with adults and adolescents utilising a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I am committed to working with each individual’s needs and goals using a person-centred approach.  I have worked with people experiencing difficulties with anxiety (inc panic attacks and phobias), depression, stress, workplace issues, grief and loss, post natal depression, family and relationship issues and trauma.  Another area of specialty having come from an occupational rehabilitation setting is my understanding of the impact of injury on one’s mental health.  Additionally, I have extensive experience providing vocational guidance, career assessment and testing to those who wish to change career and are unsure of their options.

I provide services under Medicare, TAC, Workcover, Victims of Crime, EAP (Davidson Trahaire Corpsych) Veterans Affairs, and Private Health Funds

My fee $150 per session (with an $84.80 rebate with a Mental Health Plan) and I am available on:

  • Mondays – Sunbury (Family Medical Centre), 2pm – 6pm
  • Thursdays – Sunbury (Evans Street Clinic), 4pm – 7pm
